We’re offering 12-month fixed term paiddevelopmentpathway roles forwomen across our Pilbara operations.Our development pathway is designed to help you enter the mining industry without the need forprior qualifications or experience. Allyou need is enthusiasm, motivation to learn and a high regard for safety.
Opportunities are available in different operational areas where you’ll receive support, training and mentoring from your experienced colleagues. Over a 12 month period, you’ll learn the skills needed to build a future in the industry.
These opportunities will beFly-In, Fly-Outfrom Perth or Western Australiaregional locations (depending on the role) with various rosters on offer.
As part of the application process you must complete all pre-screening questions and you may also be required to complete on-line assessments as part of the process. Please note that these roles are for applicants residing in or willing to permanently relocate to Western Australia. Rio Tinto offers Fly-In Fly-Out options from Perth, our regional FIFO hubs, including Broome, Derby and Geraldton, and the opportunity to live in our residential towns where applicable.
