Demonstrated experience conceptualising and implement large-scale web-based services Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify and articulate highly technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. The Ecosystem team’s mission is to build a network of innovation for small business on Xero. We're creating the next generation of Xero's App Marketplace, connecting small businesses and advisors with over 900 apps. You'll work with our Partner Experience and Customer Experience teams to help bring the marketplace to life.
As the Solution Architect in Ecosystem, you’ll contribute to the long term technical vision of Xero and assist our teams to bring that vision to life. Your guidance will give teams clarity of direction, and confidence to deliver high-quality products. You’ll bridge between worlds - building and maintaining relationships with product stakeholders, engineering teams, operations and leadership, enabling the business to optimise for global scale.
You'll improve the cohesion of Xero’s systems – people, technologies and processes. Through sound architecture practices, you’ll balance long-term evolvability and scalability with current needs. You’ll help to integrate the pieces into a #beautiful whole, orchestrating our internal systems and third party software solutions to deliver great customer outcomes.
