Due to award of a new project we have a permanent opportunity for a Document Controller on a FIFO 3/1 roster, ex Perth.
About the role
As a key member of the team, you will ensure project documentation is dealt with in accordance with client, corporate and project approved procedures. You will also\:
Track all incoming and outgoing correspondence
Update and maintain technical query register
Maintain project specific document numbering and naming procedures
Ensure transmission and receipt of contract documents in a timely manner
Submit client report in the appropriate format

Relevant experience in a project document control position
Recent experience using a document control system (preferably Team Binder)
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to contribute to a high-performing team
