About the role

We are currently seeking an experienced Rigging Supervisor to join our team on the Koodaideri project. This role will be FIFO from Perth only on a 19/9 roster.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervision of employees to ensure assigned work within the area conforms to quality and time requirements and stays within planned milestones and budget
  • Provision of progress updates to planning / scheduling staff
  • Hands-on involvement in the ‘zero-harm’ site safety policy, leading by example to encourage safe work practices
  • Managing materials to ensure that suitable plant / materials are available as and when required

About you

  • Signicficant excperience in a Supervisory role overseeing complex heavy lifts
  • a minimum of an Advanced rigging ticket
  • Leadership skills
