We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Support Coordinator to join our team in Dunedin on a 9-month contract.

About the role:

This is a fast paced position and will require a high level of ownership and drive in order to support the local field based Management and their teams. As an invaluable team member you will ensure all field support requirements are processed efficiently and accurately, coordinating activities within and across teams to drive the key outcomes required. Being a natural process champion you will consistently identify and help implement opportunities to work smarter across the team will help us with our competitive edge.

Your work will include:

  • Providing support to the field based operational teams
  • Coordination, collation and validation of field support paperwork
  • Coordination of third parties as part of job management
  • Working closely with local field management to meet customer and operational requirements
  • Identifying improvement opportunities
  • Being part of a field support community to provide coverage nationally
  • General administration

About you:

Demonstrating a strong background in administration/coordination you’ll be able to hit the ground running with your exceptional time management skills and proven ownership to achieve outcomes. In addition, you’ll also offer

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high literacy and numerical standard
  • Commercial and Financial acumen
  • Flexibility in hours in order to manage peak work volumes
