As a Policy Services Consultant in our Life Insurance & Investments Division you’ll be responsible for a range of tasks including timely processing of payments received, administering internal exceptions reports and processing of redemptions and transfers according to procedures for Superannuation and non Superannuation investments within stated performance levels.You’ll utilise your existing Life Risk and Superannuation experience to provide exceptional service and resolution to advisers and policy holders. As you build on this knowledge we’ll provide you with excellent training to support you in learning about Zurich’s Life Risk & Investments products, processes and policies.
As you learn and grow in the role you’ll have autonomy to organise and action your own daily workload. As a highly organised person with a proven track record of providing an exceptionally high quality of service and support, you’ll enjoy being a part of a professional and supportive Operations team.
