About the Role;

This is an integral role that manages the AU Sales Operations team, who play an important role in implementing and streamlining sales systems processes, manage our sales database administration and develop reporting resources to support the Australian Go-To- Market (GTM) team. This role will see you work closely with the AU Sales Director to deliver on the AU GTM sales strategies.

This 14 month fixed term contract is a rare opportunity to come in and develop your leadership capability and further boost your operational sales analysis, data and reporting knowledge to be able to influence and drive improved sales system processes and data integrity in a highly succesful and growing commercial sales function. What You'll Do;

  • Manage a team of sales operations analysts, determining the team’s strategies and priorities, and ensuring positive engagement
  • Create, maintain and share reports and/or analysis relating to GTM team KPIs and targets
  • Implement and improve sales systems processes
  • Encourage CRM system data quality control via reporting and training
  • Manage non-Marketing AU promo code creation including logging and distribution
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis as required by GTM team
  • Provide guidance and training documentation on CRM usage for GTM team
  • Liaise with relevant teams regarding CRM system issues and enhancements (including acting as an SME where appropriate)
  • Administer CRM where necessary including data cleansing activities
  • What You'll Bring With You;

  • Demonstrated experience in a senior Sales Operations or Business Operations role
  • People leadership or coaching exposure
  • Working cross functionally across varying business units to achieve shared goals
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to create a strong rapport with stakeholders
  • Communication skills - you’ll need to translate business stakeholder needs and requirements for analysts and vice versa
  • Good Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets skillsExperience using CRM - data input, cleansing, administration (experience using Salesforce.com an advantage)
