We’re growing our CX team at Cbus! We have an opportunity for two CX Champions to bring their ‘CXpertise’ and creativity to a Greenfields role, while working within a great team committed to Member & Employer experience.

Cbus’ ongoing commitment to enhancing our Member and Employer experience, means we’re searching for two talented CX Researcher & Designers to join our Member & Employer (MEX) team on a 12-month maximum term contract basis. Working with the broader design team, at Cbus, this role owns the CX Design process providing a high level of engagement with senior leaders to understand requirements and present solutions, with an ability to influence cultural change whilst delivering against organisational goals.

This is a great opportunity to partner with the broader business to create exceptional experiences for members and employers by eliminating pain points and identifying opportunities to create seamless, integrated “omni-channel” experiences that members and employers will love, remember and talk about.

What sets you apart is your exceptional stakeholder communication and management skill, your passion and commitment to delivery of end to end customer/member experiences. You’ll have significant experience in Service Design and the delivery of end to end customer/member experiences. You’ll get to lead and/or be involved in all parts of the design process: customer research, persona development, journey mapping, ideation, prototyping, and design stewardship. You listen to member and stakeholder feedback and are great being agile when making adjustments to your designs.
