Change Manager

An opportunity has been created for a Change Manager to work on change projects and provide analytical and reporting support to the Cbus Enterprise Change Practice. This role would suit Senior Change Analysts or Change Managers with 2-3 years of experience who wish to take the next step to progress their career. This is a permanent role with flexible working arrangements available.

This role works with relevant Project Managers, Product Owners and technical delivery teams in implementing and embedding changes into the organisation including: formulating business impact assessments, designing appropriate change management and communications plans, enabling change readiness, managing stakeholder engagement plans and reporting on status and progress of initiatives.

You will have experience delivering change in complex and challenging environments plus a knowledge of change management principles and methodologies. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships are essential. Experience within the Superannuation industry and knowledge of Superannuation frameworks is highly desirable, but not essential.
