Strategic Implementation Manager

Working closely with several teams across Cbus, you will be responsible for the merger and corporate tender activity for Cbus; taking the lead role to scope, coordinate, execute and deliver on the strategic opportunities that align to our strategy and requirements of mergers and acquisitions.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
  • Manage, support and contribute to due diligence process
  • Provide strategic guidance on potential legal risks and consequences of joint arrangements and M&A activities
  • Liaise with external parties to ensure implementation of the work program
  • Coordinate corporate documents relating to joint arrangements, M&A
  • Develop templates and precedents as required
A self-starter, you are proactive and love working in a collaborative environment. You pride yourself on your strong planning and organisational skills and well-developed relationship building and stakeholder management. A confident communicator you can liaise at all levels with Executives, senior managers and staff in a credible and comfortable style. Your thinking is flexible and creative with pragmatic commercial problem-solving capabilities. You have a high level of integrity together with strong personal and business ethics, sound judgement and a commitment to transparency and accountability.
