Is your next challenge implementing digital work place transformation programs, ensuring tech services are delivered, ensuring service providers meet obligations, managing service escalations, reviewing operational metrics and continually reviewing existing processes with a view to improving service offerings?

Areas where you can showcase your experience and bring success:

  • Collaborate with broader BDS groups to ensure respective independences are met and delivered appropriately without impact to end users

  • Be ahead of industry trends and developments and ensure Boral is positioned to capitalise on latest developments

  • Identify service issues, high impacting incidents and process improvement opportunities

  • Support Active Directory services working with the Service provider and making sure the service is managed to a high standard

  • Support Microsoft 365 platform, including Exchange, Azure AD, Teams, Yammer, Share point

  • Support and manage integration of Microsoft 365 with Azure AD, Okta

  • Support Citrix platform

  • Support current end user device technology - ‘PC’s, Laptops, SOE, Mobile device management, remote access, printers

  • Assist with implementation of future state for end user environment

Must haves:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Information Systems and ITIL Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Active Directory management

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with managing the Microsoft 365 platform

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience designing, managing and implementing SOE, preferably driving transformational change, SCCM

  • Sound technical skills in Citrix and mobile device management (MDM), Remote Access solutions

  • Demonstrate thought leadership in the Infrastructure Operations function

  • Ability to drive transformational change in a corporate as well distributed environment
