The role
Our passionate team of experienced developers work on a public facing application used by millions of Australians. As a developer, work (and learn) to:
Make an impact on the financial services industry building upon a product that members of the public use! Work with clients, getting into the trenches with your colleagues in a team where everyone rolls up their sleeves
Implement secure online portals using current technology, integrating with various vendors that cut across multiple industries; Marketing Platforms, Share Trading Systems, Insurers, Analytics with a constant focus on the user experience.
Run digital projects in an agile environment
Develop your core Java skills while flexing your React/CSS abilities.
Produce clean code through real time monitoring tools and secure code practices.
You’ll work with technologies including:

What you will need
Practical knowledge of Java based web server technology - you must feel confident with Java
An intelligent and articulate team player who enjoys working cooperatively with people to deliver creative technical solutions to business problems using agile techniques
A desire to work cooperatively with people to deliver creative technical solutions to business problems using agile technologies, and you are an intelligent and articulate team player
A curious nature, you are flexible, keen to learn, and willing to contribute to the entire systems development process
Good written and verbal communication skills
The ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated to meet deadlines; and you enjoy taking ownership of problems and being empowered to solve them
