The role:

We are looking for a highly dedicated, ambitious, and personable Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. In this role you will help LiveTiles grow our inbound and outbound lead-generation and qualification initiatives. You will generate leads through outbound call prospecting, and email campaigns as well as qualify inbound leads to determine sales readiness. The SDR is expected to work cooperatively with colleagues and industry/geographically aligned Account Executives while independently structuring their day and strategy to accomplish targeted KPIs.

About You:

Ideally you have some experience in lead generation, lead qualification, and/or you have worked in a SaaS business and have an interest in technology solutions. You possess exceptional interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Generate qualified discovery meetings for our Account Executives
  • Develop targeted lists, call/email/social outreach strategies, and relevant messaging to drive appointments/product demos.
  • Create, prioritize, and qualify strategic target account lists.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) quotas across a mix of target prospect roles
  • Document use cases, purchase timeframes, next steps, and other critical details
  • Accurately qualify a prospect’s level of BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)
  • Document all activity in CRM accurately and in a timely manner
