About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to join the team and work on the Tailem Bend Solar Farm in South Australia.

This role is accountable for all aspects of the site including client liaison, stakeholder management, maximising energy output and delivering on all obligations and KPI’s. In particular, you will\:

  • Manage and be responsible for the supervision of the whole site
  • Ensure all equipment functions at optimal levels in line with safety requirements
  • Coordinate all electrical work including high voltage maintenance and fault finding
  • Supervise a team responsible for delivering customer needs in a timely and efficient manner
  • Supervise, plan and allocate work that ensures a high quality of workmanship and efficiency
  • Understand when to utilise the support of the offsite Technical Services team
About You
You will inspire your team, draw on their diverse skills and create an environment where great ideas are heard, and everyone looks out for one another. Ideally you will have\:
  • Commissioning Engineer qualifications
  • A current electrical license
  • Previous accreditation and experience in either / all generation, transmission, renewables, and/or distribution
  • Trained and experienced in HV switching
