This growth is driving the need for an experienced individual to fill this new, high-profile position as a Senior Business Insights (BI) Analyst.

We are looking for a hands-on and motivated self-starter who is passionate about using data to help us measure every area of the business and influence decision-making.
In this role, the Senior BI Analyst serves as the primary bridge through the business to communicate high value information to support data-driven decision making demands. He/she will continuously evolve management reporting, conduct complex data analysis and deliver business insights in an environment of rapid growth and increasing complexity.
The successful candidate must be able to roll-up his/her sleeves, and work directly with very large datasets and Business Intelligence (BI) tools. He/she will be passionate about their work, detail-oriented, highly analytical and have excellent problem solving skills.

He/she will possess good communication and project management skills, is customer obsessed and able to communicate complex business insights; both verbally and in writing; in a clear and precise manner.

  • Create, develop and own internal reporting and analytical environment
  • Collaborate with the internal data engineering team on the design, development and maintenance of data models
  • Lead the development and provision of reporting through the deployment of self-service reports and dashboards
  • Build models to measure field productivity impact, Enablement program effectiveness, portfolio ROI
  • Lead the development and provision of advanced analysis through the use of classical statistical and machine driven techniques


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or other related fields
  • Significant experience in a senior leadership role in Finance, Operations, Business Development or other related fields
  • Expert working knowledge on SQL, building data models and conducting data analysis.
  • Exceptional visualisation skills using Tableau, QuickSight, Qlikview or other relevant visualisation tools.
  • Exhibits sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting to senior management
  • Effective self-starter who excels in a lean and fast-paced organization


  • 10+ years of work experience as a data analyst with associated modelling and analytics experience
  • Good working knowledge on Python and Java to create applications and programmes
  • Good understanding of different types of databases and their relevant use cases
  • Experience in conducting data mining studies and employing machine learning
  • Experience working within a high-growth, technology company is highly beneficial
• AWS certified
