About the role

We are currently seeking a Senior Document Controller for a major infrastructure project based in Sydenham, NSW. This permanent role offers great career prospects with a privately-owned tier 1 constructor and international engineering enterprise.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide support and guidance on all document control processes.
  • Maintain the integrity of the Document Management System to ensure its successful and effective use and identify areas for improvement.
  • Liaise with management, clients and project teams regarding the maintenance and transmittal of correspondence.
  • Ensure that project documents, procedures and transmittal letters are issued in compliance with LORAC plans and project protocols.

About you

  • Ideally 5+ years’ experience in document control gained in the construction industry.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office packages and proven experience working with Document Management systems - ideally Aconex.
  • Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work cohesively with project team members.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
