About the Role
As our Manager, Commercial Credit Review & Hindsight you will be responsible for providing assurance on the appropriateness and effectiveness of the Commercial Credit Risk controls in place to originate and manage the Bank's commercial loan portfolio.
In this role you will also complete commercial credit hindsight work across the Bank's commercial loan portfolio which includes SME, large corporate, institutional, equipment finance, structured & vendor finance and floor-plan lending where the hindsight work will rate the appropriateness of the credit decision.
Recognised as a subject matter expert you are a motivated self-starter who enjoys working in both a team environment and in a highly autonomous role. With strong communication and influencing skills you will be comfortable to have robust conversations with the business in regards to any remediation activities that need to be undertaken.
You will have strong knowledge of credit policy, regulatory codes and credit processes as you will be conducting portfolio reviews and commercial credit hindsight work which requires an exception attention to detail.
Your ability to produce accurate, concise and well written reports which identify the material issues for the portfolio reviews will be highly regarded throughout the business where you are comfortable to establish strong stakeholder relationships with not only your immediate team but the wider BoQ business.
