About the role…

NAB’s Branch Managers are ultimately responsible for achieving optimal business performance through inspirational team leadership, cross-channel collaboration and strategic business development.

Leading and inspiring your team to be successful is a significant component of the role. This is achieved through coaching your team to have inspired conversations with NAB’s customer – uncovering their needs and overcoming obstacles by working collaboratively to fulfil these.

As a community leader, the role of Branch Manager is also responsible for building and maintaining trusted relationships with local customers, business leaders and community partners – you and your staff truly are the face of NAB! This will be balanced alongside coaching, leading and motivating a team of great Bankers to deliver consistent, positive and tailored customer experience.

All new Branch Managers receive a tailored on-boarding and training program to cater for their level of expertise. Further development goals will be linked to your career objectives and form part of your individual development plan.   • Proven management experience, ideally gained within a Retail environment
