Right now, we have a 12 month fixed term opportunity for a Workforce Management Analyst to join a dynamic and diverse team within People and Culture. The role is responsible for conducting analysis of workforce management information and data to support decision making across the Transport cluster and to identify opportunities for improvements. The role is responsible for the planning and administration of core cyclical activities related to performance development and probation, combined with the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement projects to deliver improved outcomes for Transport.

You are a seasoned Business Analyst who is skilled in excel and loves working with large datasets to draw out meaningful insights and actionable recommendations. Ideally, you demonstrate a background in HR and have a good understanding of workforce management/HCM systems e.g. SAP Successfactors or similar.
You possess strong communication skills with the ability to understand and translate technical and systems terminology into ‘plain english’, and you know when and how to tailor your communication for a diverse range of contacts.
You are highly capable when it comes to managing stakeholders and can confidently ask the right questions to get the best outcomes. You demonstrate a high level of drive and resilience and you thrive in a collaborative, complex and ever changing environment.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is Transport Service Grade 7A ($103,965) – 7E ($116,441) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
