Crown College Receptionist

Reporting to the RTO Manager, the Crown College Receptionist role, is a key administrational and customer service link within Crown College and the RTO team, whose primary responsibility is to support the daily operations of Crown College. Further support areas include but are not limited to, customer and stakeholder queries relating to Crown College and operations and overview of Crown College Training Services.

Key duties will include:

  • Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers with Crown College queries or concerns

  • Champion the Crown brand by communicating effectively and consistently to stakeholders across the business

  • Build relationships with supporting external stakeholders

  • Assist with creating and formatting reports and maintaining documents for management

  • Ensure all Crown College systems are functioning and provide technical support to all customers

  • Input information into database systems in a timely manner

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Ability to build effective working relationships with all levels of diverse stakeholders

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft office suite

  • An excellent understanding of computer systems

  • Front facing customer experience preferred

  • Ability to work autonomously, multitask and understand the importance of teams
