About the Role
As our Senior Manager, Investment Portfolio Management & Governance you will play a critical role in the development of BoQ’s prioritised enterprise investment portfolio plans and roadmaps ensuring alignment to our Board and EXCO approved strategy.
You will be responsible for shaping and supporting the development of the enterprise wide investment plan, through the provision of financial and project oversight activities – bringing together the investment plan shaping and funding allocations, investment initiatives definition, initiative planning, prioritisation and sequencing for a multi-year rolling strategic investment horizon.
In this role you will work closely with our Executive, Strategy, Business Unit Management teams and Corporate Finance in the facilitation of the planning process and its ongoing maintenance and ensures appropriate progress tracking, financial and delivery forecast management, performance insights and that governance is applied across the enterprise.
With extensive experience in the oversight and governance of multi-year project roadmaps you emphasis on right sized, adaptive investment, delivery governance, performance analysis, insights and reporting to all levels including, Executive and Board.
As an experienced senior leader with a proven track record in providing superior stakeholder management, you have the ability to influence and negotiate with confidence in a portfolio investment planning environment.
As a natural people coach, you enjoy leadership and will provide mentorship to a small team of capable specialists to assist in executing evolving plans which will include development and embedding capability uplift.
