Our HR Specialist is a key part of our HR Operations team and also works closely with our Business Partners. This unique role has plenty of opportunity to get involved in the full range of HR disciplines as both a contributor and project lead – it will be up to you! For us, this role is a HR Specialist but you may have some HR Manager experience role or be a well rounded Senior Consultant.

We will look to you to provide sound advice and input to Zurich’s People Leaders on the annual calendar of HR activities, be a lead for a variety of HR programs including employee NPS, organisation redesign and leadership coaching. You will be our lead contact with our colleagues in Global mobility and have demonstrated experience managing some tricky ER matters. Being able to leverage HR data to ensure data based decision making will be a great way to differentiate yourself.
