Right now, we have 2 x opportunities available for Remuneration Analysts to join our Contract and Remuneration team on a fixed term basis until 30 June 2021. The role will see you undertake a range of data management and analysis activities and provide recommendations on actions to be considered to support workforce remuneration requirements for all senior employees across Transport. In this role, you will also support the wider team with job evaluations for the Transport cluster.
- Assess remuneration requests, undertake detailed analysis and provide remuneration advice
- Support remuneration projects across executive level roles
- Consult with key internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct specialist role classification excercises
- Provide support with job evaluations and role descriptions
This position is based in Burwood and flexibility is required as there will be regular travel to the City and other offices in Sydney, however please note that we are currently working from home.

In addition to relevant tertiary qualifications, you have well developed analytical skills and love working with large datasets to draw out meaningful insights and actionable recommendations. We’re looking for someone who has worked in a data analytics role preferably within reward and remuneration. However, we will consider analytics experience within the HR/Talent/Performance/Business Analysis space with a basic understanding of remuneration. You demonstrate experience with conducting MERCER CED job evaluations and you also have good excel skills.
You thrive in a collaborative, complex and constantly changing environment, demonstrating the flexibility and resilience to quickly update your approach as circumstances evolve. You demonstrate initiative, take ownership of your work and have the ability to build effective working relationships.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is Transport Service Grade 7A ($103,965) – 7E ($116,441) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
