Overview


This role is part of Mastercard’s Relaunch Your Career program. This is a 16-week paid placement that helps people who have had a career break return to work. You will have the chance to be part of a dynamic team, lead engaging projects, plus receive on-the-job training and coaching and support.

At the end of the paid placement, there is a potential for you to be hired in a permanent role. This position is at the mid-career level.

Role

  • Manage the overall coordination, status reporting, schedules, RAID log and stability of project-oriented work efforts, ensuring that project goals and objectives are met within agreed upon time, scope and resource requirements
  • Develop detailed project office status reporting and project plans as required
  • Partners with the stakeholders to ensure clear and required solution definition for the client with a proposed implementation plan
  • Acts as the knowledge expert on the market technology infrastructure for all stakeholders
  • Supports release management process towards clients for technology updates
  • Acts as focal point for customer support issues and for internal technology issues which need to be addressed to the market
  • Supports the customer delivery process by contributing to the development of delivery process maps and by completing assigned tasks for the delivery process
  • Contributes to the delivery of integrated solutions that address customer needs
  • Supports Customer Delivery teams, internal partners and key stakeholders to provide support in a market or region
  • Researches problem requests and responds to inquiries on products and tools for internal and customers
  • Analyzes data from product delivery projects and reports on performance relative to success metrics
  • Helps identify customer needs and contributes to the delivery of integrated solutions that address those needs
  • May produce presentation materials, analytics and reports for customer or internal communications
  • Develops and maintains strong working relationships, with partners in other business functions in Product and Technology to complete deliver and customer support tasks

Relaunch Your Career is for People Who:

  • Have previous experience at mid-management level, ideally gained in technology, financial services and professional services organizations

  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
