The Role

We currently require a highly driven and focused Service Delivery Coordinator to join our Brisbane and national team.

As part of this role you will assist in the overall administration & management of activities on a high profile and one of Programmed's newest contracts.

Reporting to the National Operations Management you will be supported by a highly experienced team leader with responsibilities to a local Queensland Operations Manager. You will be a well organised and disciplined individual who is able to manage the business requirements.

Skills and experience

  • Coordination of trades staff and managing deployment of resources into field
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi skill tasks
  • Managing the Environmental policy and procedures
  • High attention to detail and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent customer service and phone experience
  • Experience in Maximo and Navision, is an advantage
