About the role:
In this key leadership position, you will be a customer advocate through delivering outcomes for both customer and business value, as you lead your team of customer experience professionals to provide a tailored service to our customers. A key focus of your role will be to take an innovative and proactive approach to make it easier for our customers to interact with us and seek outcomes to complex customer issues, providing fair and equitable outcomes for all. Additionally, you will build trusting relationships and drive performance on strategic accounts to grow non-regulated revenue opportunities. Strong leadership will be key, as you manage the day to day operations, drive continuous improvements and have responsibility of the overall outcomes and performance of the team.

About the you:

  • Demonstrated leadership in a senior operational management position focused on customer experience and / or complaints management.
  • Previous experience in building customer relationships with a focus on delivering value for customers and the organisation.
  • Experienced in innovative solution thinking, and a passion for digital transformation initiatives to evolve the customer experience of now into one of the future.
  • Strong people leadership skills with experience in transforming teams, change management and driving team performance.
  • Strategic commercial acumen, coupled with experience in delivering strong account relationships.
  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
