Your Role and Responsibilities
We are searching for an experienced Client Solution Executive to join our Infrastructure Services team. Working alongside a Business Development Executive who will be working to generate new leads, you will support in the closure of large and complex Infrastructure deals.

You are tech savy and knowledgeable around infrastructure and can lead strategic outsourcing engagements. You’re a clear communicator and natural relationship builder, able to present and communicate technical information to close deals with stakeholders of all levels including c-suite level executives.

What will I be doing day to day?

* Leading large, multi-disciplined teams, and integrating products and services required to meet clients needs. You may lead multiple opportunities concurrently although typically in different sales stages and have assigned contract signings, expense, and customer satisfaction targets for the industry you support.
* Mastering and applying expert knowledge of the client's business, strategies and goals within the industry. You’ll form in-depth knowledge of the client's major IT architectures, systems, information flows, applications and their links to customers and suppliers. Understand the framework within which an industry operates and the underlying competitive strategies. Recruit partners, form and dissolve alliances in an industry.

* You’ll lead large, very complex engagement teams responsible for the development of deliverables, such as client proposal and presentations. You’ll drive and manage an effective partnership with the clients and conducts client negotiations on very complex issues at the senior executive level reaching lasting agreements and commitments.
* Work to anticipate future client problems in industry and information technology trends and develops realistic visions and strategies based on risk management plans. You'll make decisions based on scope of the deal and possible trade-offs to best meet client's objectives within the limits necessary to win the contract. You'll apply creativity and judgment in developmental work on very complex opportunities or other projects within the business environment. Develop relationships with clients and external associations to enhance position in the market.
* Direct resource team to ensure appropriate quantity and quality of technical/services resources are deployed. Lead team of professionals and provides ongoing guidance in the development of solutions for large or complex opportunities. Accountable for business unit and specific personal objectives, including contract signings, profit, expense, and customer satisfaction.

What other skills and experience do I need to apply?

* Sound knowledge of infrastructure services and applications
* Proven background in successfully pursuing and closing large complex sales deals ($10million + in value)
* Proven experience in pursuing and closing deals with new customers
* Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently, and easily adapt to new assignments, system, tools; produce clear, concise, accurate written communication, clearly conveying thoughts and ideas to peers, management, and customers; establish and maintain positive work relationships with peers, management, and customers,
* Ability to develop strategies and tactics that will win business, including teaming arrangement, alliances, subcontractors, competitive strategies, tactics and responses
* In-depth knowledge of the industry trends, directions and goals as well as competitive strategies and offerings
* In-depth working knowledge of the industry and an ability to market very complex IBM solutions, products and services that are specific to an industry.

Due to the relationship building nature of this role, periods of frequent travel are anticipated.
