Your Opportunity:

An exciting opportunity has recently become available for an experienced logistics professional to join our team in North Ryde, reporting to the Supply Chain Manager for ANZ. As a key member of our Supply Chain leadership team, you will drive performance improvements that will have substantial impact on the business results. You will do this by delivering operational excellence to customers, challenging the status quo, coaching your team, and embedding a mindset of continuous improvement to achieve performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the logistics team with a clear and effective approach that meets business strategies and business goals;

  • Developing a best practice logistics model to ensure business demands are met;

  • Ensuring that the output of the warehouse & 3PL activities meet the requirements of current and future demands;

  • Managing the deployment and embedding new critical capabilities and standardized ways of working;

  • Ensuring close collaboration with the Global IWD and procurement teams to implement the logistics model and maintain 3PL contracts.

Key application criteria:

  • Tertiary level education, Supply Chain Management or Logistics preferred;

  • Experience working within a large multi-national business;

  • Experience with Change Management;

  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence;

  • Good reporting and proven analytical capability;

  • Team focused, with good communication skills;

  • SAP experience preferred
