About the team
This role is part of The Hub (Xero’s internal creative and production department) which consists of producers, creative directors, designers, writers, illustrators, photographers, animators and videographers. The Hub exists to ignite and elevate Xero’s brand through stories that inspire our customers globally.

What you’ll do
You will work collaboratively with the design and production teams in our Melbourne office to create, scope and deliver programs of work ranging from larger content and digital work through to tactical market responses and campaigns. You will be responsible for day to day production of many smaller projects as well as supporting the wider team to assist on larger campaigns, which will require you to;
- Project manage various deliverables and requests from marketing and the wider business across a variety of mediums.
- Support major initiatives that are run by the wider producer group.
- Take a key role in making content updates on the .com via our CMS system.
- Effectively communicate any roadblocks and impending deadlines
- Build and maintain effective relationships within the broader team
- Work closely with the Creative and Traffic teams around resource planning, timelines and project management approaches to ensure that the team are setup for success.

What you’ll bring with you:
You will have completed a relevant Bachelor's Degree and have at least 2 years experience in a similar role with an understanding of digital production and a relevant marketing qualification. Along with experience in managing and delivering projects on time and within budget, strong communication skills with the ability to clearly break down the needs of a project, attention to detail in a written and design context, ability to self manage and enjoy working with multidisciplinary teams.
