About the role
Laing O'Rourke is recruiting for a Design Manager to assist in the tendering and delivery of major building projects based in Adelaide. Leading our people on all design management aspects to deliver value for our clients and the business.
You will lead design management activities in consultation with all project stakeholders to ensure that standards of technical compliance, quality, cost, safety, sustainability and environmental performance are observed and that time schedules are met. As the Design Manager on the project you will be accountable to ensure that all of Laing O’Rourkes’s design and engineering obligations are met in accordance with the project requirements.
You will have
A relevant engineering degree in a building/infrastructure subject combined with significant experience in successfully managing design on major projects.
