Qualified Cook - NOBU

Sydney’s very own Nobu offers a contemporary atmosphere and stylish surrounds. The venue features a sushi bar, private dining room, main restaurant, offering a full a la carte menu.

Nobu is looking for talented Cooks who are looking to progress their career. To be successful in this full-time or part-time role, you will be professional, efficient and uphold the exceptional Nobu standards. You will be highly experienced in Japanese cuisine and have the ability to lead and train others and work independently with minimal supervision

Key Selection Criteria:

• Previous experience in Japanese Cuisine

• Passion and dedication for cooking

• Exceptional knife skills

• Ability to work as a part of a team

• Flexibility to work across a rotating 7 day roster, including late evenings, weekends & public holidays

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to maintain high and consistent standards

• Understanding of food safety standards and HACCP
