Featuring panoramic views of Sydney Harbour, Epicurean will feature a wealth of international cuisine. The impressive offering will include fresh seafood, Sushi & Sashimi, Chinese, Indian, Western, and a chocolate fountain as a focal point of entry. All Day Dining will be available across Epicurean’s sizable and classically elegant indoor/outdoor space.

We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Asian buffet style Commis Chef to join the Crown Sydney Epicurean buffet culinary brigade on a full time basis. If you have proven experience in working in a volume production style kitchen or buffet style venue then we would love to hear from you!

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Strong knowledge of Asian Cuisines

  • Wok experience

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to maintain high and consistent standards

  • Understanding of food safety standards and HACCP

  • Willingness and ability to work around a 24 hour, 7 day week roster including weekends and public holidays.

  • Ability to work as a part of a team environment

  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
