We are currently seeking a Senior Supervisor (OHW) to join our Rail Operations business in Melbourne, VIC. This permanent role offers great career prospects with a privately-owned tier 1 constructor and international engineering enterprise.
About the role
We are currently seeking an Overhead Wiring Senior Supervisor to support the safe and successful delivery of the OHW installation aspect of Rail Projects in Melbourne. In this role you will be a lead specialist for Overhead Wiring across the program of works and integrate end to end delivery of rail systems.
This permanent role offers great career prospects with a people-centric, privately owned tier 1 constructor and international engineering enterprise.
You will be key to the development of construction methodology, ensuring our Primary Standards and critical controls are adhered to.
As the Senior Supervisor you will lead and mentor the OHW delivery team with a strong focus on safety, quality, environment, commercial, program, occupation planning and logistic.
Regular reporting on performance and progress, and involvement in project handover, while always committed to the safe systems of work.
You will have a holistic view of Overhead Wiring programs, with a proven history of working across projects. It is desirable that you have previous experience with Tier 1 Contractors, demonstrating that you are not only a technical expert for OHW, but you also have the ability to foster a team and promote a culture that strives for excellence.
