About Qube

Qube Bulk provides on and off road haulage from the largest Quad combination to the smallest single combination trailers. Our fleet has a range of fuel, acid and pneumatic tankers, B doubles, road train side tippers, end and bowl tippers.

About the role

We have positions vacant for long term employees to join our team operating our multi-combination (MC) trucks hauling products to and from various areas across the region. Experience with dangerous goods driving and a current DG license is required across our DG division.

- Local residential weekly allowance applicable for local applicants

- Well maintained near new prime movers and equipment

Qualifications and Experience

  • Current Multi-Combination (MC) Drivers License
  • Current Dangerous Goods (DG) License
  • Minimum 12 months experience with MC Licence
  • Experience with 18 speed road ranger gear box
  • Experienced in driving heavy bulk vehicles and other heavy machinery
  • Knowledge and understanding of applicable Commonwealth/State Safety and Environmental legislation and standards, Main Road Heavy vehicle legislation and permitting standards
  • Ability to work autonomously using a proactive approach to task resolution
  • Ability to work well within a small team environment

Specific Responsibilities

  • Efficient operation of the Prime Mover and associated equipment
  • Complete all necessary associated documentation
  • Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of deficiencies in the delivery of product
  • Take good care of vehicles / plant under your care
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, fatigue, Main Roads Heavy vehicle operating guide lines and company guidelines

Qualifications and Experience
