Operations Services (OS) was established with the single goal of focusing on front line operators and maintainers. Completing work previously performed by service contractors, Operations Services is providing permanent employment to a growing team of more than 3000 employees.    OS is committed to increase employment opportunities for Australian regional communities by delivering stability and sustainability that is good for our people and good for the communities. 

About the role

We are currently recruiting EXPERIENCED and SAFETY focused Production Operators and skilled Excavator and Shovel Operators. This is a great opportunity to join our team located in Central Queensland and work on a site that has one of the largest coal reserves in Australia and the world!
The OS Production team is recruiting a skilled team to operate the following equipment:
  • Excavators – EX6060, 60 tonne
  • Shovel – 7495, 4100c
  • Dozers – CAT D10, CAT D11
  • Graders – 24H, 24M
  • Haul Trucks – 930E, 795F AC Electric
  • Water Carts – CAT777
  • Loader – Cat 988
