We are currently recruiting for two (2) Promotions Executives, one to join the Coles Liquor (CLG) team. These are newly created roles located at our York St office and are available currently on a 6 month fix term basis.
As a Promotions Executive your role will be to support and partner the customer account team with the management of the customer deductions process, in order to minimise financial exposure to the customer Profit and Loss (P&L).
You will be responsible for investigating and resolving unmatched and escalated deduction related queries and preparing the required documentation to support the Account Managers with customer conversations in this space, as well as providing insightful analysis and reporting on deductions balances and key drivers.
To be successful in this role, you will need high attention to detail and strong problem solving skills, along with sound commercial acumen and a focus on understanding the customer. Experience working in a junior finance role would be beneficial for this role, along with a proficient knowledge of excel and experience working with high volumes of data.
