We are looking for an ePMO Analyst with in depth skills and experience in Portfolio planning and able to demonstrate knowledge of scheduling and general duties. This is for a 12-month fixed term position, based at our St Leonard's office.

The ePMO Analyst will champion and support delivery adherence to the governance practices required for the successful delivery of the TFS portfolio. The key focus of the role is to lead portfolio planning by working with the business to select, prioritise, assess, and track projects, programs, and other related work based upon their alignment and contribution to the organization’s strategies and objectives

As the ePMO Analyst your responsibilities will include:
  • Portfolio planning, supporting project selection and prioritisation
  • Managing the interdependencies between and among projects and programs and BAU initiatives
  • Align all project, program and portfolio activities with company-wide strategic objectives
  • Participate in executive-level and portfolio level strategic planning sessions to map out how individual projects meet the need of the organisation and align to the corporate objectives
  • Championing governance processes, to ensure stakeholders have a clear understanding of their role in delivery and application of the governance framework
  • Portfolio RAID management and ensure escalation to appropriate level of governance
  • Portfolio prioritisation and reporting
  • System & Process Improvement
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Support cross-functional teams
To ensure your success in this role, ideally you will have:
  • Proven experience in Portfolio Planning and scheduling (essential)
  • Demonstrated experience as an ePMO or Program Analyst with thorough understanding of the project life cycle, project documentation, project standards and methodologies
  • Significant experience in supporting end to end management of large complex projects (business and / or IT) as a program analyst or stream lead
  • Experience providing governance for agile, hybrid and waterfall projects
  • Knowledge/experience of leading PPM tools
  • P30 Qualification desirable
  • Financial Services Industry experience
