Proactively manage and support our Customer Success product teams and users on the Salesforce platform with our 3rd party application add-ons and integrations; such as Coveo, Google Tag Manager, AskNicely and more, through configuration, troubleshooting technical issues, user and data management, reporting and dashboards, and other typical systems analyst tasks. Ensure we are successfully across all updates and releases for all our Salesforce 3rd party application add-ons and integrations. Monitor and analyze usage of our 3rd party applications and identify opportunities for improvement. Constantly improve intelligent digital experiences using Coveo for our stakeholders. Positively grow, build and nurture strong positive relationships with the team and stakeholders. Ensure timely, accurate and positive communications are had with all our stakeholders. Represent the team in a positive and professional manner on a daily basis and champion Salesforce, Coveo and the rest of our Salesforce 3rd party application’s success. Work closely with the Salesforce Capability Team, Product Team, QA Team, Integration Team and the wider Enterprise Technology team. Due to having global offices, flexible working times outside of normal work hours may be required. In addition, some on-call production support may be required for priority 1 issues, as part of Incident Management processes. Create and contribute to a fun, positive working environment, living Xero’s values daily, with a focus on customer service and delivery both within the immediate team and wider Enterprise Technology Team.
3+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or Coveo, working as a Systems Analyst, Salesforce Administrator or equivalent within an organisation, with relevant certifications. Experience supporting SaaS applications and solutions, in particular other 3rd party Salesforce applications such as, Coveo, AskNicely, Dialpad or others. Experience with search-based platforms, intelligent search technologies and improving intelligent digital experiences. Machine learning experience and experience dealing with data and analytics. Certified Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator and other Salesforce and/or Coveo certifications/fundamentals beneficial. Growth mindset, proactive, positive, ‘can-do’ attitude, exceptionally self-motivated and directed. Excellent oral, written, presentation and stakeholder management skills. Ability to take challenges and processes to gather business requirements in a consultative manner, to resolve those challenges and automate processes. Ability to multitask under tight deadlines. Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills and understanding of what it takes to create, maintain and contribute to a high performing team culture.

The role of the Systems Analyst is to proactively and continuously support our users across the globe ensuring their successful use of the Salesforce platform, specifically with our 3rd party native and integrated applications, such as Coveo. The Systems Analyst has hands-on experience configuring Salesforce, Coveo and other 3rd party applications, maximising the value and partnering with cross-functional teams to support initiatives and improve the overall customer content journey.
