Campaign Analyst

Are you a skilled Campaign Analyst with experience in campaign data analytics and insights? This one's for you! In this role you’ll work within our Member and Employer Experience team, utilising your analytical and data analyst skill set to work across Cbus’ member campaigns. A pure “end to end” campaign analysis role, you’ll have oversight ensuring Cbus is effective in developing key touch points to maximise member experience when they interact with Cbus. This role will be initially offered on a 6-month, maximum term contract – with view to extend.

Along with a business Analyst/Analytics tertiary qualification, you’ll have demonstrated experience in a similar analytics position, ideally in a member-based organisation. You’ll have solid SQL skills and experience dealing with large and complex data sets. Strong previous experience in using Customer Relationship Management, Campaign Management Platform (e.g. Salesforce, Adobe) and Tableau for visualisation and dashboard reporting would be highly regarded. This role will be required to work closely with several other teams across Cbus and so the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships will be critical.
