About the role
As our Industrial Services Supervisor you will safely manage SUEZ WA Industrial Services employees and customers across the Goldfields region of Western Australia. In this hands on role, you will ensure supervision of a productive, cost effective team, that provides SUEZ customers a safe, quality service whilst being able to get ‘your hand dirty’ and work on the job when required.
The position will require travel to various industrial facilities throughout the Goldfields region.
Key Performance Indicators of the role include:
- Financial Outcomes – Day to day cost management
- Safety – Zero incidents, zero injuries, formulating JSEA’s and safety observations
- Compliance – Ensuring operator training is up to date and all equipment is serviced and maintained
- Productivity –Efficient use of labour and equipment (Kingvacs and High-Pressure Water Pumps)
- Customer Service – Attending customers sites when required and timely responses to all enquiries
You are self-motivated with Industrial Services experience, sound mechanical aptitude and are residing in the Kalgoorlie / Boulder region (or prepared to relocate). You’re a team player that is both flexible and adaptable with a can-do attitude. You can demonstrate leadership and supervisory experience but can adapt to being extremely hands on in a customer facing work environment. You also hold a valid WA HR drivers’ licence.
