As the Reporting and Remuneration Analyst you will provide support to the operational cycle of the Zurich business and ensure that reporting and remuneration advice is provided to enable effective decision making.

In this varied role you’ll have to prioritise your time effectively as you report and track HR metrics; perform data checks and audits; implement regular cycle data cleansing; support HR lead initiatives and projects and respond to salary surveys. In addition, you will provide support to our Reward Manager when it comes to salary planning, pay equity review, market analysis, job design, variable pay planning, performance and annual remuneration review planning.

You will have knowledge of HR data metrics and remuneration practices coupled with a strong understanding of the employee life-cycle. You will hold a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline and have experience in a systems or data/analyst related role. In addition, experience with SAP, ServiceNow and Spotfire will be highly regarded.
