As a Business Support Officer in our Life & Investments Division you’ll help our customers to manage risk and protect what they love most. You’ll do this by providing outstanding levels of service to our advisers as well as delivering sales, marketing and administrative support to our Business Development team on a daily basis.

You’ll use your outstanding administration and organisational skills to drive efficient support for a team of Business Development Managers. Your daily activities will include anything from setting adviser appointments, preparing sales kits and recording meetings notes to managing monthly AMEX statements, arranging adviser functions and coordinating travel for the team. You’ll have a customer focused mindset which will drive you to constantly look for ways to improve our processes. Your superior verbal and written communication skills will stand you in good stead as you liaise with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.

In this varied role you’ll have to prioritise your time effectively as you juggle a wide variety of responsibilities.
