About the role
Reporting to the HSE Support Manager, and based in Henderson this position will provide HSE Administration-related support to ensure timely performance and compliance with company, customer and contractual requirements. Duties include but not limited to:

  • Enter HSE Occurrences and investigations into Event Management Systems (EMS)
  • Consult with action owners to track action evidence. Upload into EMS
  • Review and analyse HSE data for accuracy
  • Assist in the development of reports, presentations and HSE Communications/Alerts
  • Assist in the development/update of processes and templates, consulting with stakeholders and ensuring consistent formatting
  • Prepare and issue meeting agendas and minutes, book meetings
  • Maintain contact and project registers within our EMS
  • Assist in the development of training presentations based on processes
  • Conduct EMS training sessions for new employees

About you
  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word with demonstrated experience in advanced document formatting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks to meet multiple deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must either hold, or be eligible to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance
