The Role:

We have 4 full-time opportunities within our frontline support team that is responsible for supporting our award-winning financial planning product – Xplan. You'll support a range of clients including some of the countries largest financial institutions.

As the main point of contact for our users, you’ll apply your customer service and problem solving skills to help troubleshoot any issues our users encounter. You’ll have the full support from your team and team leader as well as the opportunity to collaborate with other internal teams to investigate, analyse and solve a variety of software application issues.

Business hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm and flexibility to work either an early shift or late shift below approximately every 10 days is required:

  • Early shift - 6:30am - 3:30pm

  • Late shift - 11am - 7pm (12pm - 8pm during daylight savings time)

What you will be doing:

  • Assist clients via inbound phone calls and email enquiries

  • Actively own, troubleshoot and track client incidents

  • Work in cross-functional teams to help resolve incidents

  • Be able to prioritise important issues and provide exceptional service

  • Implement your understanding of the provision of financial advice in Australia

What you will need:

  • A degree in Banking & Finance, Business, Commerce or Economics is highly regarded

  • Experience studying Wealth Management modules is also highly regarded

  • A keen interest in financial planning and/or technology

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Technical knowledge of using computers is highly desired but not essential
