Your Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Digital Transformation Consultant, to join one of our fastest growing business units globally. The EMR team develops and implements a full Hospital Management System for hospitals. The EMR system is both clinical and co-operational as well as financial and stimulates efficiency and cost effectiveness.

Key responsibilities of this role will include training users, demonstrating capabilities of Philips digital technology, explaining functionalities, customizing systems and advising on the most optimal configuration for specific types of professional products. You will also have the opportunity to develop your own training plan for each customer and be regularly involved in product presentations and trials. This role will hold direct responsibility for functional aspects of the sales process, as well as providing significant support to implementation teams and customers throughout the project journey.

We Are Looking for:

  • Vendor experience in demonstrating EMR solutions or similar highly complex software programs within healthcare

  • Clinical background in Nursing or Pharmacy with a working knowledge of clinical systems across a range of departments (e.g. ICU, CCU, A&E, Surgery, Oncology) would be advantageous

  • A passion for the improvement of care through cutting edge informatics

  • Strong understanding of, and a demonstrated dedication to remain up to date with, current clinical standards and norms in Australia and New Zealand

  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to inspire confidence across clinical and non-clinical domains, and question the status quo when appropriate

  • Flexible and willing to travel at least 50% of the time

  • A team player with the willingness to go beyond your role where required to help underpin our shared goals
