A bit about your role

The primary focus of this role is to provide meaningful reporting to the business on a regular basis which outline compliance, entitlements and opportunities to provide improved utilisation. You will be responsible for key publishers and drive the risk and opportunity identification activities through to root cause analysis

You will assist with the development of SAM process, policy and improvement plans, whilst developing and maintaining strong relationships with our internal and external stakeholders.

Some of your daily duties will include:

  • Prepare compliance & entitlement reports of the key vendors for key stakeholders
  • Analyses data produced from SAM platform
  • Provides input to SAM team practices and accountabilities
  • Risk Management, Reporting and Resolution Planning
  • Peer review entitlement and ensure updated and accurate
  • Vendor management

A bit about you

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience working in a similar role, coupled with strong communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Your resume will also demonstrate:

  • SAM Platform User (flexera preferred)
  • SAM Effective License Reporting
  • SAM Compliance Reporting
  • Understands SAM Lifecycle Concepts
  • Understanding of ISO 19770 concepts
  • Certifications of MCP-SAM, ITIL V3, IAITAM CSAM
  • Advanced knowledge of Oracle, IBM & Microsoft licensing
