A bit about your role

The primary focus of this role is to provide meaningful reporting to the business on a regular basis which outline compliance, entitlements, and opportunities to provide improved utilisation. You will assist with the development of SAM processes, policies, and improvement plans, whilst developing and maintaining strong relationships with our internal and external stakeholders.

Some of your daily duties will include preparing compliance and entitlement reports for key stakeholders, analysing data produced from SAM platform, providing input to SAM team practices and accountabilities.

Risk management, reporting and resolution planning would also be part of your tasks along with managing vendors and ensuring entitlements are updated and accurate.

A bit about you

The successful candidate will demonstrate experience working in a similar role, with strong communication skills and the ability to build solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

In addition to this, your experience may include Flexera, effective license reporting, compliance reporting and vendor management.

Experience with IBM licences would be ideal, understanding SAM lifecycle, ISO 19770 concepts and any relevant certifications would highly desirable.
