We currently have a Newcastle based opportunity for a Cost Administrator to join our team. This opportunity will see the successful candidate taking responsibility for cost administration and control services and form an integral part of the team.
As the Cost Administrator, you will\:
  • Review and advise on forecast and actual financial reports
  • Ensure client and project invoicing is completed on time
  • Assist with end of month processes and financial reporting within required deadlines
  • Enter the hours from supplied timesheets into time sheeting system/3SS System
  • Maintain WIP levels below current month billing
  • Assist with cost control, invoicing and debtor recovery activities for sites
Our minimum requirements for this role are\:
  • Project and/or site experience in a cost or site administration role
  • Demonstrated experience utilising SAP
  • Demonstrated experience in a similiar role
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, maintain confidentiality and organise/prioritise demands
  • Ability to adapt to change and learn new systems and processes
