Customer Experience (CX) Analyst & Researcher

Are you looking to take your CX career to the next level while working for a member focused, values’ driven organisation? We have an incredible opportunity to join our CX team as an Analyst and Researcher. In this role you will engage with all areas of our business, leveraging your passion for customer insights to enhance the Cbus Experience for our members, employers and employees. Utilising our Voice of Customer (VOC) platform you will analyse, interpret and gain insight into the Cbus member, employer and employee experience. You will support the CX Strategy & Design team to research and analyse data and identify CX and process improvement opportunities. This role will be offered on a 12-month maximum term contract.

In addition to being tertiary qualified in Market Research, Behavioural Research, Statistics or Business, the successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in Consumer Research or related experience. An understanding of the Superannuation Industry and the Maritz platform will also be advantageous. You will have experience in designing and running similar VOC programs, advanced analytics skills and a demonstrated understanding of research methodologies and interpretation.
