A bit about your role

An exciting opportunity has opened to join the team as SEO Operations Certificate Lead for Identity and Access Management (IAM).

This is an assurance and leadership role reporting directly to our Identity and Access Management Operations Manager and you will be joining a well-established team that’s responsible for delivering ongoing IT change related to a unique set of business processes within nbn.

As the SEO Operations Certification Lead you will be responsible for the overall UAR (User Access Review) process both Manual and automated. You will own the Certificate Campaign operational responsibility for critical IAM applications such as SailPoint, OKTA and the Oracle Suite and will be accountable for leading the day to day management of Certification campaigns in IAM Service Operations function, collaborating with Governance, IAM team and IGA delivery teams.

You will also have key responsibilities in ensuring the effectiveness of IAM controls and governance processes. This will involve working with the Application Owners, Risk and Audit Lead, IT Security and Business Stakeholders to ensure required evidence are collected, necessary documentation and reports are produced for audit reviews and signoff. You will need to work in conjunction with the broader support organisation to ensure service exceptions are minimised, currency and capacity are managed pro-actively, monitoring, alerting and response processors are in place and end to end service is maintained in line with defined and agreed Service Levels.

In addition to this, the SEO Operations Certificate Admin will also be accountable for:

Certification/ UAR Management

  • Primary point of contact for Certification Campaigns and Certificate Admin team
  • Escalation and first point of contact for all the UAR related queries

Analysis and Collaboration

  • Coordinate with Delivery teams to note changes or enhancements in UAR process
  • Work closely with the internal and external audit to ensure compliance with the audit processes

A bit about you

The SEO Operations Certification Lead will have an extensive background in security and people management with a solid understanding of IAM process and Certification Process.

You will have experience basic controls and security best practices with the ability to lead with authenticity, manage work and stakeholder communications openly and have a highly developed interpersonal awareness, leadership skills with an outcome focused approach.

Experience in managing a small sized team with the ability to create high performing team and excellent Vendor and Stakeholder management would be highly desired.
